The STEM Education Team used the Life-wide Learning Grant to hire instructors to carry out the “Flight Simulation Training Programme”. Flight simulators and other equipment were purchased, so that students could be exposed to aviation technology through hands-on activities, in order to have a better understanding of the aviation field. Knowledge of different subjects could be applied to enhance learning interest and self-learning ability, as well as broaden the learning experience.
