Reaching New Heights: Certificate Course for Fostering Student Leadership was launched in the 2021/22 school year to provide student leaders with systematic leadership training, so as to improve their problem-solving skills, resilience and interpersonal skills. The ECA Committee held the 1st leadership training workshop, “The Charisma of a Great Leader” on 6 Nov 2021. Participants learnt about the importance of collaboration and leadership skills through various games. The workshop also helped students understand more about each other. The facilitators of the workshop were Principal CHIN Yiu-ming, Ms LEUNG Mei-lee, ECA Mistress and Mr CHAN Yat-chung, Deputy ECA Master.
