Organised by the STEM Education Team, our school-based activity, “Speed Boat Challenge”, allowed students to design and build boats in groups and participate in an obstacle competition. Inspiring students to use their problem solving skills, creativity and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) skills, the competition gave students the opportunity to collaborate with their peers to boost their self-confidence and enhance their collaboration and communication skills.
